The new 'tenants' have caused significant noise nuisance to me and other residents. The new tenants have also stored goods to the communal hallways in contravention of fire regulations, which could have meant the block's insurance being invalidated. A further previous let by Moreland to my block saw the police being called out in the early hours due to an altercation involving their vetted residents. Neighbours recall hearing a woman screaming for help, who also had a very young child within the property. My neighbours and I also had to endure many months of noise disturbance from the said residents. Indeed, Moreland had made past assurances to my block's managing agent that proper flooring - carpeting and underlay - would be laid to the flat they let to my block, so to eliminate noise. To date this hasn't materialised. I would recommend Living Residential Ltd, in West Hampstead, who I understand find excellent tenants for more discerning landlords and investigate complaints without delay.
