After a busy few years, Hendon’s property market had a slower summer. Between July and September, an average of 540 homes were for sale each month across NW4, from Hendon Central and Sentinel Square to Brent Cross and the roads around Hendon Park. That is 4.6% fewer than last summer and slightly fewer than the spring, though still 11.6% above the Q3 average of 484. Supply peaked a year ago and has started to ease.

Buyers held back a little more. There were 69 sales agreed in the quarter, 13.8% fewer than last summer and 12.7% fewer than the spring, though still just above the six year average of 67. Buyers are around, but they are moving carefully and taking their time.
